| FBLN7

Fibulin7（FBLN7) also know as Protein TM14（TM14)encodes a deduced 440-amino acid protein containing a 23-amino acid signal peptide, a Sushi domain, 3 EGF domains with calcium-binding motifs, and a C-terminal fibulin domain. Fbln7 is an adhesion molecule that interacts with extracellular matrix molecules in developing teeth and may play important roles in differentiation and maintenance of odontoblasts as well as in dentin formation.
